Directions:High Protein Granola
Preheat the oven to 350*F and line a large baking tray with parchment paper.
In a large mixing bowl, add the oats and protein powder and mix well.
In a small bowl, whisk together the peanut butter, syrup and coconut oil.
Add the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix well, until fully incorporated.
Transfer the protein granola mixture onto the lined baking tray and spread out in an even layer. Place the baking tray in the oven and bake for 22-25 minutes, stirring the granola halfway through.
Remove the granola from the oven and mix once more, before letting it cool completely. Once it reaches room temperature, transfer into a large mixing bowl and add your mix-ins of choice.
Store in an air-tight container and enjoy over casein pudding, yogurt, or as a snack while you're on the go!
