Frozen Protein S'mores Bars

Ingredients: Frozen Protein S'mores Bar

Directions: Frozen Protein S'mores Bar

  • Line a small tray with parchment paper. Place 4 graham crackers side by side
  • Melt the chocolate and spread it evenly over the graham crackers
  • Freeze for at least 2 hours, until the chocolate firm
  • In a bowl, mix the protein powder into the whipped cream until fully combined
  • Spread the protein whipped cream evenly over the hardened chocolate
  • Top with the remaining 4 graham crackers, aligning them with the ones on the bottom
  • Freeze again for at least 2 hours 
  • Cut into pieces and enjoy! 

Storage Tip: Keep frozen. Let sit at room temperature for a few minutes before eating for the best texture.
