Cookies & Cream Cheesecake Balls

Ingredients: Cookies & Cream Cheesecake Balls 

  • 4 oz cream cheese, room temperature
  • 2 scoops Ascent Cookies & Cream Whey Protein Powder
  • 4 chocolate sandwich cookies, crushed 
  • 1/2 cup oat flour
  • 1 tbsp honey 
  • 3 chocolate sandwich cookies, filling removed, crushed (for coating)

Directions: Cookies & Cream Cheesecake Balls 

  • In a medium bowl, mix together the cream cheese, protein powder, 4 crushed cookies, oat flour, and honey. Use a hand mixer if needed for easier mixing.
  • If the mixture is too thick, add water 1/2 tbsp at a time until it reaches a rollable consistency 
  • If the mixture is too stick, add oat flour 1/2 tbsp at a time until it firms up
  • Divide the mixture into 7 equal portions and roll each into a ball
  • Place the 3 crushed cookies on a small plate and roll each ball in the cookie crumbs to coat
  • Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving
