Ingredients: Cookies & Cream Cheesecake Balls
- 4 oz cream cheese, room temperature
- 2 scoops Ascent Cookies & Cream Whey Protein Powder
- 4 chocolate sandwich cookies, crushed
- 1/2 cup oat flour
- 1 tbsp honey
- 3 chocolate sandwich cookies, filling removed, crushed (for coating)
Directions: Cookies & Cream Cheesecake Balls
- In a medium bowl, mix together the cream cheese, protein powder, 4 crushed cookies, oat flour, and honey. Use a hand mixer if needed for easier mixing.
- If the mixture is too thick, add water 1/2 tbsp at a time until it reaches a rollable consistency
- If the mixture is too stick, add oat flour 1/2 tbsp at a time until it firms up
- Divide the mixture into 7 equal portions and roll each into a ball
- Place the 3 crushed cookies on a small plate and roll each ball in the cookie crumbs to coat
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving
