Ingredients: High Protein Mug Cake
- 3 tablespoons oat flour
- 1/2 scoop Ascent Chocolate Whey Protein Powder
- 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
- 1 tablespoon coconut sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon creamy peanut butter
- Pinch of salt
- Chocolate Chips
- Peanut Butter
Directions: High Protein Mug Cake
- Add all dry ingredients to a mug and stir well to combine.
- Be sure to break up any clumps.
- Add in the wet ingredients and stir well, scraping the bottom to ensure all dry ingredients are incorporated.
- Stir in some chocolate chips, if desired, and add a few more to the top.
- Microwave on high for 60-90 seconds depending on the power of your microwave.
- Top with a drizzle of peanut butter and enjoy immediately.
