Pumpkin Cream Protein Iced Coffee Recipe

Ingredients: Pumpkin Cream Protein Iced Coffee Recipe

  • 12 oz cold brew coffee (or regular coffee that has been chilled)
  • 1 scoop Ascent Whey Protein Powder Vanilla (Cappuccino or Chocolate would also work!)
  • 1/4 cup canned pumpkin puree (NOT pie filling)
  • 1/4 cup light cool whip3 tbsp. half & half (Could also use another substitute for this such as regular dairy milk, almond milk, cashew milk, dairy free creamer, etc.)
  • Pinch of cinnamon
  • More whipped cream and cinnamon for topping

Instructions: Pumpkin Cream Protein Iced Coffee Recipe

  • Brew 12oz of coffee to preferred strength.
    • Cold brew coffee is also fantastic in this recipe.

This recipe can be made hot or cold. I made it cold, but it is also delicious warm.

To make pumpkin cream:
  • add protein powder, pumpkin puree, half & half (or milk) to a bowl.
    • Mix until smooth.
  • Now add cool whip/whipped cream to the pumpkin mixture.
Gently fold in until incorporated.
  • Top coffee with pumpkin cream, more whipped cream, and some cinnamon. Enjoy!
