Ingredients: Protein Power Bowl
- One 3.5 ounce packet frozen dragon fruit pulp, slightly thawed
- 1 small frozen banana
- ½ cup fresh mixed berries
- ¼ cup frozen cubed avocado
- ½ cup nut milk of choice
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 scoop Ascent Vanilla Bean Plant Protein Powder
Optional ToppingsToasted flake coconut, granola, fresh berries, hemp seeds, cacao nibs, and fresh dragon fruit
Directions: Protein Power Bowl
- To a high speed blender add all ingredients. Blend until smooth (Note: It should be thick).
- Pour into a bowl and sprinkle desired toppings over the surface.
