Protein Powder Pancake Recipe

Ingredients: Protein Powder Pancake Recipe

  • 1 Scoop of Ascent Vanilla Bean Whey Protein
  • 1 cup Gluten-Free Pancake Mix
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1-2 drops vanilla bean extract
  • 1 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1 egg
  • 1 dash nutmeg
  • 1 dash cinnamon

Instructions: Protein Powder Pancake Recipe

  • Melt butter to soften.
  • Add all ingredients to a large bowl or an Ascent Shaker Bottle and mix thoroughly.
  • Heat a non-stick pan on medium heat and lightly coat with butter.
  • Once pan is warm, pour batter (into desired size) onto the pan.
  • Flip pancake when bubbles start to form.
  • Take off the pan once the pancake is medium brown on both sides.
  • Add your favorite toppings and enjoy!
