Ingredients: Protein Powder Pancake Recipe
- 1 Scoop of Ascent Vanilla Bean Whey Protein
- 1 cup Gluten-Free Pancake Mix
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
- 1-2 drops vanilla bean extract
- 1 tbsp unsalted butter
- 1 egg
- 1 dash nutmeg
- 1 dash cinnamon
Instructions: Protein Powder Pancake Recipe
- Melt butter to soften.
- Add all ingredients to a large bowl or an Ascent Shaker Bottle and mix thoroughly.
- Heat a non-stick pan on medium heat and lightly coat with butter.
- Once pan is warm, pour batter (into desired size) onto the pan.
- Flip pancake when bubbles start to form.
- Take off the pan once the pancake is medium brown on both sides.
- Add your favorite toppings and enjoy!
