Ingredients: Powerhouse Pumpkin Protein Parfait Recipe
For the Pumpkin Protein Yogurt
- ¾ cup yogurt of choice
- 1 scoop Ascent Vanilla Bean Whey Protein
- 2 tablespoons pumpkin puree
- ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
- ⅛ teaspoon ground cloves
- ⅛ teaspoon ground nutmeg
For Layering
- ½ cup diced apples or pears
- ⅓ cup granola
- 2 tablespoons dried cranberries
- Honey, for finishing
Directions: Powerhouse Pumpkin Protein Parfait Recipe
- To a small bowl add yogurt, Ascent Vanilla Bean Whey Protein, pumpkin puree, cinnamon, cloves, and nutmeg.
- Whisk until thoroughly combined.
- To a 12 ounce jar or bowl, add some pumpkin protein yogurt, followed by the diced apples or pears, granola, and dried cranberries.
- Repeat layering process.
- (Alternatively, you can forgo the layering process and just finish the pumpkin protein yogurt with the toppings).
- Finish with a drizzle of honey and serve.
