Mint Chocolate Chip Protein Shake Recipes

Ingredients: Mint Chocolate Chip Protein Shake Recipes

  • 2 scoops (62g) Ascent Vanilla Protein Powder*
  • 1 cup (240mL) unsweetened almond milk
  • 2-3 cups (300g) ice cubes
  • Handful spinach
  • Pinch salt (optional)
  • ¼ tsp Mint/peppermint extract
  • 1 tsp Xantham gum (optional, don’t need if you use casein)
  • 1 tbsp dark chocolate chips

NOTES

*You can also use Ascent's micellar casein. It will make it thicker and almost like an ice cream consistency!

INSTRUCTIONS: Mint Chocolate Chip Protein Shake Recipes

  • Add all ingredients to a blender except for chocolate chips.
  • Blend until smooth and creamy.
    • You want the spinach to be completely blended.
    • (You don’t taste it at all!)
  • Add the chocolate chips and pulse a few times to incorporate.
  • Pour into two large glasses.
  • Top with extra chocolate chips if desired and enjoy!
