- 2 ripe avocados, pitted and flesh scooped out
- 2 scoops Ascent Chocolate Micellar Casein
- ½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 3/4 cup dark chocolate chips (amount before melting)
- ½ cup natural creamy peanut butter
- 1 cup milk (used unsweetened cashew)
- ½ cup vanilla Greek yogurt
Instructions: Chocolate Peanut Butter Protein Mousse Recipe
- Heat chocolate chips in the microwave until melted.
- Heat peanut butter in microwave until runny (about 30 seconds).
- Add avocado, melted chocolate chips, peanut butter, milk, and Greek yogurt to a powerful food processor.
- Blend until smooth.
- There should be no chunks of avocado left.
- Add protein powder and cocoa powder.
- Blend again until a thick, smooth mousse forms.
