- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or preferred milk)
- 1½ scoops Ascent Cappuccino micellar casein
- 1 frozen banana
- 2/3 cup ice, crushed
- ½ tbsp. coffee grounds (decaf or regular)
- 1 tbsp. dark chocolate chips

- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- The longer you blend, the thicker it will get as the casein absorbs the liquid.
