Cappuccino Chocolate Chip Frosty Protein Shake Recipes

Ingredients: Cappuccino Chocolate Chip Frosty Protein Shake Recipes

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or preferred milk)
  • 1½ scoops Ascent Cappuccino micellar casein
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 2/3 cup ice, crushed
  • ½ tbsp. coffee grounds (decaf or regular)
  • 1 tbsp. dark chocolate chips

  • Add all ingredients into a powerful blender.
  • Blend until smooth and creamy.
    • The longer you blend, the thicker it will get as the casein absorbs the liquid.
  • Pour evenly into two glasses.
  • Top with chocolate chips if desired and enjoy!
