Ingredients: Cappuccino Breakfast Protein Shake Recipe
- 2 scoops (62g) Ascent Chocolate Protein Powder*
- 1 cup (240mL) unsweetened almond milk
- 2-3 cups (300g) ice cubes
- 1 tbsp (5g) unsweetened cocoa powder
- Pinch salt (optional)
- ¼ tsp peppermint extract
- 1 tsp xantham gum (optional, don’t need if you use casein)
- 1 tbsp dark chocolate chips (optional)
- 1/2 crushed candy cane (for topping)
NOTES
*You can also use Ascent Chocolate Micellar Casein. It will make it thicker and almost like an ice cream consistency!

- Add all ingredients to a blender except for toppings.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Add the chocolate chips and pulse a few times to incorporate.
- Pour into two large glasses.
- Top with extra chocolate chips if desired and enjoy!
