PROTEIN HUMMUS
Mix in a blender or food processor:
1 can chick peas drained
1/4 cup water
1/4 cup olive oil
1 scoop Ascent Unflavored Protein Powder
1 tbs minced garlic
Paprika and pepper flakes to taste
AVOCADO RANCH PROTEIN DIP
Mix together in a blender or food processor:
1 avocado
Half of a packet of ranch dip mix
1/4 cup water
1 scoop Ascent Unflavored Protein Powder
1/4 cup low fat mayo or non-fat greek yogurt
1 tbs lemon juice
Protein Bean DIP
Mix together in a blender or food processor:
1 can black beans drained
1/4 cup water
1 scoop Ascent Unflavored Protein Powder
1-2 tbs taco seasoning
1 tsp garlic salt
1 tbs lime juice
Peanut Butter Protein Dip
Whip together with a fork:
2 tbs peanut butter
5 tbs skim milk or milk alternative
1 scoop Ascent Unflavored Protein Powder
Cinnamon to taste
